So Im riding along minding my own business and there is an innocent (by innocent I mean fluffy) tendril of a bush lazily waving in the breeze. As I was riding by I thought, as if to mock this pathetic piece of vegetation, that I would move it with my left arm as I carefully rode by a puddle.
The barbed plant did not give right away. She was a tough old bird, even at a 10mph arm on collision she managed for 15+ barbs to instantly hang on for a good 2 inches of flesh tearing fun, but alas she broke off into a nice souvenir perched upon my forearm. I swear If the plant didnt break It would have pulled me off my bike. Blood everywhere. It felt like fire thats the only thing I can think of.
