Admittedly, I know nothing about BMX biking or this (http://newjersey.craigslist.org/bik/201332176.html) bike in particular, but as a reader of other forums on this site, I thought I might post it here for anyone interested. It came up on my local craigslist (who knows, maybe it's advertised across the country)...seller is asking $950.

I don't usually refer to myself in the third person, though some do say I'm conceited. I posted it for general interest, and on the off chance someone's been looking for something like this. If it were mine, I'd probably sell it on ebay, or through some professional auction house - if it is indeed a collector's item.

Thanks for this thread. I had forgotten about that bike. Makes me miss the Hutch I used to have though...

That reminds me of those bikes that Toys R Us used to see that were like 20" bikes with plastic motorcycle fenders! I wanted one soo bad.

I don't have the time to fix it. I don't feel so good right now. And that sounds very stalkerish.

That bike brings back memories. In the last 80's they had races like street luge in the mountians east of LA. Most guys just a plain bike. Some with their bars upside down. Yes the bars pointing staight down. Hanebrink had a home made bike like the Hutch then Hutch asked him about making a bike. Now I got to go see if I still have the issue of BMX Plus with the article of the racing.
