BMX - One clip

First off, I'm not very good. I can't do many tricks or even manual that far or half cab too well, but here's a clip I had my friend record today, just messing around at the only spot we have to ride basically. I could have done a manual barspin at the end because that's about all I can do yet, but he was too far away since he didn't want to ride along and record it.


I could compress it more, but most people are on broadband anyway and it'll take like 2-5 seconds to buffer.

My video camera sucks, I don't know if it's because of the tape that it skips like that when you move it fast, or what.. I'll get a new tape sometime, does a new tape help image quality and all that since it's not a DV camera?

I have to say, I didn't think that was very impressive. I can do more than that and I've been riding for a far less time than you have. No offense or anything, but that wasn't worth videoing.

Exactly why I started the post how I did. Plus I haven't been seriously riding since I joined, I learned bunnyhops and crap last year but I didn't start learning more BMX stuff until this may when I got my bike.

I didn't say he wasn't good, I said it wasn't worth filming. I ride for fun too. I didn't say he shouldn't ride cuz he sucks or anything, just not worth filming... pretty much anyone can manual.

It's OK, I don't really get offended by that stuff. Yeah, I ride for fun, I just like to get little clips every once in a while of what I've been doing lately so I can go back and watch them later.

I'm not going to make a video and charge people for it, at most I might make a video as long as a song or two, but that's only if I make friends with some more riders and I won't be in much of it :p

I was about to start filming before I broke my leg... I was pretty good at grinding.

Yeah, it wasnt a bad rollback. I usually dont roll that long, because im in a hurry to turn around...ha.

I did the rollback past some bird **** on the ground, just because.

In a way I want a freecoaster so I can go fakie faster and stuff, but bob scerbo makes me realize you can do a lot of great fakie stuff even with a regular hub.

Nope. Or atleast not in Animal All Day... although it is a wee bit old now.

He had a regular hub in Lotek, which was filmed last winter I think.

darn it didnt show up......

freecoasters are death to me. the amount of slack they have is not worth it to me
