Have found a site, http://www.bicycles4u.com
The bikes do look like reasonably good prices, but this one (okay, its out of stock) looks relatively unique :

Good prices, look like reasonable specs ... whats the catch?

I don't feel that there is a catch somewhere. I am impressed that you are allowed to visit the warehouse-even with a needed appointment. The Dahon main warehouse in Duarte, CA does not even allow that. You must deal with them pretty much only through the bike shop or internet site that you purchase the bike from (even though I do generally phone them directly when I have a question or spare part need to fill that my own bike shop can't handle). The warehouse does not have a sign on the building adversizing who they are-I have seen it myself. Maybe things are done differently over here (we are a paranoid lot I suppose).

It's an impressive reading spec but something about it when you look at the photos screams to me that it might not be built that well. I might be totally wrong but all that for that much money... There has to be a catch right? Maybe it's the tiddly mudguards or pimped paintjob. I'd love to be proven wrong but I don't think I'd have a punt on that bike despite it's seductive pricing.
