Hello, I just started to get back in to road biking. I'm looking to do my 1st 50 mile ride. Where are there good roads to do this around Newburyport, ma or within a 30 minute ride?

Mass roads are so bad

Thanks

You may be able to get road info at your local bike shop (LBS). They can also give you info on group rides and any bike clubs in your area.

Welcome back to riding.

thanks guys. Will do.

I did my first 50 miles last night.
51.7 in 2:46:41 @ 18.8mph.

Is this good? I ate a banana, gataoraide bar, fignewtons on the ide. I felt good at the end but on the up pedal the clafs wanted to cramp.
