Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Suprspokes Again

So, in the last couple days I've had an ongoing email chat with a guy at superspokes because he took the time to follow up with me about some problems I had with an order. I gotta' say, that's a pretty stand up move on their part. Mistakes happen and at least they copped to it, and in the end were pretty ****in cool about it.

lucky you. i related my story in the other thread, and i still won't ever buy from them or reccomend them to anyone else. have you actually gotten your order yet? or a tracking number? either way, aside from their spotty customer service, i wouldn't order from them for the sole reason they take for freakin' ever to do anything.

Yeah, I related my story in the other thread too. All I'm saying is the guy tried to make it right when he realized what was up with my order. And yes I did get my stuff. Anyway, after the screw up they did try to right it, and there is something to be said for that.

kinda sad that fulfilling an order and talking to the customer when there's a problem is now considered noteworthy business practice. last i checked that's what they were supposed to be doing in the first place.

I'm just saying that what happened to my order seems to be a mistake and the guy appologized. I agree that that's how it is supposed to work, but **** happens sometimes and the guy tried to make up for it.
