It has foot pegs on both wheels and it also has stunt brakes (the handle bars can spin 360 degrees).
Sold as is.
This should make you not want to buy it.

yeah it has "STUNT" brakes. and the chain is a "little" bit rusty. it is just all rust

I wonder what kind of repair it needs to the rear tube. A weld kind?
