I have an SR Suntour XCR fork (stock with my Giant Terrago).
There is no any maintenance information available on their website. The model URL is :

Probably the fork needs some maintenance after the first 1000 km. Can you recommend a procedure or online manual for this fork ?
Thanks in advance !

I work for a Giant dealer in the US and although they do not sell your model here there are some of those forks on the US models we sell. The forks do not really require very much maintenance as they are fairly simple as far as construction is considered. They are combination coil spring and elastomer forks which after 1000 km could be regreased if the owner thought it was necessary. I have had a couple that have developed squeaks after being left in the rain repeatedly and for those I have rebuilt the forks to fix the problem. If you feel it is necessary to regrease the internals then just pull it apart and apply grease to the bushings springs etc. Be sure to use a grease that will not break down the elastomers.
