I started biking after my joints couldn't handle running anymore; now I'm totally obsessed. Anyone know an easy weekend group ride in Washington? :)

There are a couple of clubs that hold pretty regular rides around the area. Potomac Peddlers bikepptc.org and the Oxen Hill Bike club ohbike.org.

Hi carl. I am also right over the river....and looking for a club. I am thinking WABA. But PPTC gets good word of mouth also.

I also had to start cycling because of bad knees. It's been great. The knees and I all feel great.
