My wife and I just returned from the Midwest Tandem Rally in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. While returning from the ice cream ride on Friday evening a car pulled up next to us at a traffic light. A high school aged lad stuck his head out of the window and said: "That's the most beautiful bike I've ever seen! It's awsome!"
I smiled all of the way back to the hotel.

That's a good one!! At least he has excellent taste!! Too bad he didn't get a chance to see the two pros riding it along!

Not all kids are thugs. Had to remark to a couple of lads last week on Trials bikes- Low saddles- single gears- overgrown BMX's in fact, that they were riding very well for a couple of youngsters. They liked riding and were out on their 20 mile daily ride- so they could get fit for their Main hobby of bike riding.
