Even as someone who hates taking baths and generally soaking in my own filth, I like this idea.

Seems to me to kinda defeat the idea of taking a shower. I'd be sweating, so never really get clean.

It is a joke, right? I would add a 5-10 gallon tank above the shower head with a valve between the tank and the shower head. Pump the tank full then open the valve and shower. Use a black plastic bag for the tank and you can get solar heated water as a bonus. Unles the morality police nab you  .

But how do you know if you are sweating, if you are in the shower?

Hmmm, It should come with a Heart rate monitor to keep you from sweating or getting warmed up which would cause you to keep sweating after the shower was over.
Of course, for the serious trainer a power hub, Hmmm, I mean a power Shower Head, which would measure watts and CFM.
