No, it's not a brand name of bike. Remember Schneider, the nosy janitor from One Day at a time? For those who don't know, he was always barging in, hanging around, sticking his nose in everyone's business, seemed to have no life, was totally obnoxious etc.
Does your LBS have a local who just hangs around all day, has nothing to do, doesn't work there but just lurks around getting in everyone's way? I'm not referring to just hanging out for a few minutes when you bring your bike in- we all do that. We have one of those. The manager keeps ejecting him but the guy keeps coming back. The manager feels sorry for him because he has no life, isn't very attractive, has no social skills, etc, doesn't seem to have a real job, no friends, etc.
