Recumbent - needed truck bed rack for Chevy Avalanche

I have a long rider recumbent (i.e. Lightening Rod) and a Chevy Avalanche. I would like to find a rack that can be adapted to fit over the covers on the bed of the truck. I would also like this to work with a Thule tandem carrier (I think this is the only thing that will work with my bike).

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Thanks

I don't know of anything available commercially, but I modified a Yakima King Cobra to fit either on regular Yakima roof racks, or over the bed of my pickup, OR on the back of our camper. (fits the standard 4 inch square bumper most of them have.
The aluminum trough on the King Cobra can be replaced with a longer one availabe from Yakima for ?about $80.00?? or so. I decided that was too darned much for a chunk of aluminum so sawed mine in half and Tig welded aluminum between the halves to stretch it to fit the LWB bent. Works fine.
