I don't have much time during the week, so 95% of my riding happens during a long Saturday or Sunday ride.

Long rides range from 60 to 120, no pacelines. That's it. Once a week, 4000 miles per year.

I'm 45, this is my 5th year of riding and this is all I know. I keep getting stronger and faster.

How unusual is this?

Can I keep this up?
