Without any frame modification (only fork)?
I am also interested in the back wheel too but mainly the front wheel is of my concern.

you need a fork with the same diameter as the neck of the frame.

It wont work properly without a 90* headtube.

With some cutting and welding of two forks, it should be able to work.
