Trying to determine how much actual float the KEO Sprint Road Pedal actually has. Is it 9 degrees total or 9 degrees on either side?

Also, are there other clipless pedals (other than Speedplay...which I currently have) that provide large degrees of float?

I have problems with my knees and am considering going from Speedplay Zeros to a "platform" pedal. I've had professional fits galore, therefore the pedal switch.

Total of nine for the red cleat, or 4.5 each direction, approximately...

Grey has 4.5 degrees, or 2.25 each direction...

Black is best IMO...none.

Zeros have up to 15 degrees of float. There's a screw in the cleat that you adjust to control the amount of float the cleat will allow. You can run the gamut of 15 to zero.
