Sold my Trek about 4 years ago for a stupid reason. Needed some fast cash, and had to liquidate some assets, if you know what I mean. I rode quite a bit for a good 2 years straight, often doing 50 miles a week on my mountain bike. Alot of road time on that bike too, as I'm scared to death of a convential road bike. Sold the bike, got married, had kids, wife threw up on me our first night in Barbados, etc, etc... Get bored working out, but love to ride, so I figured there's no time like the present. Bought a pristine 97 Klein Mantra this week, and am working on putting it back together. If you happen to see an old, fat, bald guy on a sweet Mantra, well that ain't me, but say hi anyway.

I've got a Klein Pulse Comp from 98. Sweet bikes. Anyway about roadbikes, I used to be really scared of them too. The thing is, you have to have a good one, and you have to get used to it. I just got into road bikes about a month or so ago, and it took me a couple of weeks to get comfortable at high speeds and on turns. Theres nothing wrong with only riding mountain bikes though.
