Looking at putting a Specialites TA Carmina on my new brevet / light touring bike (http://www.bikeforums.net/showthread.php?t=223783).
Thinking the 94 dia Carmina (http://www.peterwhitecycles.com/carmina.asp) cranks, so I have options for rings. I'll run compact or close to it - maybe 48-34 - but I want options to go to 46-32 or even 46-30.
Anyone have experience with this crank / rings and Campy Chorus 10 sp?
Currently running my old Ritchey Pro Compact 50-34 (supposed to be 10 sp compatible) which is going to be swapped out as soon as I decide what to do (its noisy and I've had dropped chains and even had chain suck!)
Worst case I'll just go Campy Compact... and give up options for smaller rings.
