i have one rotor bolt that is stripped. any way that i can get it out without drilling?

JB Weld or some type of strong epoxy to keep the bit attached to the bolt? I don't know if it would be strong enough though, I've never tried anything like that.

I've used JB Weld on some larger allen bolts but nothing as small as a rotor bolt, but your best bet is to use JB Weld

Easy-outs work sometimes - - especially the twist kind (as opposed to the square cross-section kind).

Lots of Liquid Wrench for a day or two - then Easy-Out. Blow torch maybe depending on where it is.

I know you said you didn't want to resort to drilling, but I've used a drill bit I found at sears like this one: http://www.alsnetbiz.com/homeimprovement/damaged_screw.html

Use a dremel and make a notch in it for a flat head. Worked for me.

I've done that a few times. You have to pay attention to how deep you cut the notch and you have to take it slow when you're backing it out.
