I'm new to the sport, will this affect Ullrich drastically, or is this a situation that will be remedied quickly?

I can't imagine that Coast could hold Ullrich (or any rider) to their contract under those circumstances.

I expect if Coast can come up with the dinero to pay their riders, they'll have no problem getting their license back. Getting demoralized riders to perform to their potential might be more difficult.

Jan will be alright in any case. His only problem will be finding a team willing (or able) to pay what he's asking.

Coast is free again, so his Ullrich after is suspension, but he still doesn´t have his licence to start in official races.
