Foo - Okay, who here has the highest post/day ratio?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Counting posts that don't count towards the "official" post count or not? (i.e. posts here in foo)

Counting those posts, my ratio is about 16. Not counting those, it's 1.63.

On another computer forum I used to hang out at all the time...I was top poster (over 20,000) and highest post per day....at one point it was up in the high 20s.

Is there a way to search for top posters on this forum?

Here (http://www.bikeforums.net/memberlist.php?&order=DESC&sort=posts&pp=30) you go, worker4youth. Note, however, that as of May or so, this doesn't include posts made in Foo.

If it ain't Merton, I'll eat my socks.

Each passing day without a post lowers his ratio. I wonder if maybe he is in a hospital having his meds adjusted. I mean this without malice and not as a joke.

In two hours, caligurl has posted 55 times in just one thread. Give it a few weeks, and it may become abundantly clear who posts the most times per day.

[EDIT] At a bit under 4 posts/day so far, though, she's got quite a bit of catch-up to do!

If he builds a time machine. Then he can come back and never have been gone at all. Then we'll never have missed him, because he'll have never been gone :D

I am! That's why I'm out being social (as you suggested, rather than sticking around the SoCal forum) and singing your praises in front of an international audience! The whole BikeForums world--or at least those who visit Foo--will know of your glorious exploits!

i wanted the PRETTY PINK serfas floor pump my LBS had... and hubby wouldn't let me buy it... said there was nothing wrong with our BLUE park! UGH!

You could come out to this Sunday's ride and accidently leave the blue Park pump in my car. Then there would be something very wrong with the blue Park (it's gone!) and you would be able to buy the pink Serfas pump. ;)

No Merton? I thought he was just being quiet.

My neighbor's dog pooped a sock once. Actually she noticed the dog struggling, so she helped by pulling it out. I missed the event but she thought it was hilarious. (She is a nurse and does worse things than pulling a sock out of a dog's guts from time to time.)

I need to get me one of these. I'll show the tin when it's empty:

Koff would be number 1 for a long long time if her name was still up there. She was close to 17,000.

Raiyn was number 1 for a long time a few years ago...back when has was a posting machine

My average is 10ish. Consistent to. Since day one until now.

Actually, they do.

They discussed making foo posts not count in the post calculation, but they never went through with it.

They never announced it, but when the games came back, Foo posts stopped counting. Here's the proof: Lex has more posts in Whatcha doin' alone than she does in her official post count for all of BikeForums!

Then post counts are all messed up.

I KNOW I don't have the number of posts I do outside of foo. I'm currently up about 8 posts from what I had when I looked when I started this thread...and I only went over and posted about 2 in general.

That may well be the case. Who knows? The current post count scheme is one brain teaser I don't care to solve.
