I believe wheelchair wheels are 650's or 26in wheels. You could just buy the rims from velocity, hubs from phil and you would be all set.
I have wheelchair tires on my blinged out grocery getter ( titanium and carbon goodness). I live in a safe area. The bike doesn't say Schwinn or Trek, so it is relatively safe with a ulock.
I recall "Sampson" from "Half Baked " rocking some gold Spins. ( help me out with a image people, google didn't help)

Dude i work with has spinergy wheels, straight pull spokes, and i believe some panaracer pasella tires on his wheelchair.
It's not suprizing how skilled you get spending 12 hrs a day in the chair, but i'm still impressed with the stuff he can pull off.

My wife already makes fun of me for seeing what kinda bike someone is riding when were in the car. Now she is going to pick on me for trying to checkout what wheels someone has on thier wheelchair. Thanks.
I'd flip if I saw the 80's BMX look, someone could get the skyways for their chair too. http://www.skywaywheels.com/products_006.htm

since the guy didn't jump out of the wheelchair right away when he landed that backflip, nor did he even attempt to, are we to assume that he is in the chair for a reason? I just assumed it was some kids messing around...what does everyone else think? is he really "handicapped" (or, handicapable)?

After some thought: yeah, hes a handicap

one of my dreams is to make a sweetass bike trailer with phil wheelchair hubs
Phil has been making wheelchair hubs forever.
i'm pretty sure he's handicapped
a)no one who isn't handicapped would want to spend enough time in a wheel chair to get that good
b)his legs look kinda small and atrophied.

whooa...maybe a little too far? (HILARIOUS!!!)
If I ever need a wheelchair I'm rolling Phil hubs, and I'm putting King headsets in those little swivelly casters for the tiny front wheels.

I saw a vid a while back on some trials forums, of a non-handicapped dude messing around in a wheelchair, and doing some serious drops.. until he snapped the front wheels... this was a non-suspension chair, mind you.

Was the first jump without cushions successful?
Aaron
Almost, but my momentum threw me on my back. It took about 15 more times before I landed it squarely. But it doesn't matter because I still can't walk. Just kidding I'm doing fine.
Thank god for people like that. Does he have a crew of people that help him out if he falls over or can he somehow right himself on his own?

I'm willing to place a bet on *he ****ing throws himself back up on 4 wheels if he tumbles*
Wheelchair guys have wicked upper bodies. Imagine your arms having to do all the work of your legs... And this kid rolls around in skate parks, which means powering himslef up those slopes 100+ times a day.
I've watched a couple of wheelchair marathons on TV... When I see those chests and arms, I can't help thinking that I'm the cripple, not them.
Big ups to the guy.
