I'm just about to go on a long ride on Sunday, and it's forecasted to be 60s with rain most of the day. What do you all recommend to wear? At the moment I just have some jerseys, shirts, and my bike shorts.

I would definitely take a lightweight rain jacket and pants. If you start getting cold, you can put on the rain clothes to warm up. You'll still be wet because your sweat won't have anywhere to go (breathable or not) but it will be warm sweat as opposed to cold rain. Big difference. If your legs stay warm you could leave the pants off. Remember though that you may have a mechanical and be standing at the side of the road in the rain not generating heat. Rain clothes will be a big help there.
Take a cheap plastic showercap to put on over your helmet ($1 at walmart). Some water proof shoe covers or water proof socks would be good as well, though chances are you'r feet will be wet anyway.

I agree that you should take a light jacket, but there's a truism about cycling in the rain, especially in the warm rain.
If you don't wear a waterproof jacket, the rain will soak into your jersey, and you'll be wet, and perhaps a bit cool.
If you do wear a waterproof jacket, all your sweat will soak into your jersey, and you'll be wet, and probably a bit too warm.
Waterproof gloves and booties can help, but my experience is that they're only water-resistant, and will end getting wet after a while.

Wool, or blended wool.
Keeps you warm even as you get a bit wet.

This year I'm re-tooling all my rain gear - going back to what I remembered as a lad backpacking thru the Cascade Mountains nere in Washington State. It was Wool. All the other stuff is like a sauna.

a vest and arm warmers would be enough for me. but then riding in cool rain is par for the course 'round here.
