Just took these off a bike. Certainly early Suntour Superbe - 1st Generation??

The calipers say " 4700 "

Any ideas on vintage of them? I'm not planning to keep them but no idea of the age.

Superbe was made between 1977 and 1980. It became Superbe Pro in 1981.

Did you try the Vintage Trek site? I can date cranks and deraileurs using the Components Dates section. I'm not sure if you can use it to date brake components.
