Sigh
The motorcycle division remains closed. Oh darn I guess they'll just have to be a first rate bicycle company. On the even brighter side maybe they'll invest more time in money in R&D before releasing new techno-gizmos only to have them recalled. Bikes good. Recalls bad.

Good news to me, maybe not to others? Cannondale make nice bikes, test rode one, it was a great feeling. Now that they can spend more time on building bicycles, the R&D and everything they spend can really make a great deal of difference. I can see them going well and better in time to come.

Cannondale has always spent money on product testing. Before the whole moped (hehe) thing only one company spent more on product testing, belive it or not Huffy. Huffy spent money to protect themselfs from lawsuits. Cannondale dose the same thing, test product to protect themselfs, before they bring a new product to market. Sure they had some lemons but every company will.

A good thing that the heart of the company will survive. I'm not an aluminum bike fan, but here are a few reasons to like Cannondale:
1. All US-made frames
2. Brave and interesting spec choices
3. They still make touring bikes
4. Lots of really happy owners
