I just bought this little guy for a ride to Gloucester, and didn't need it luckily. But, today I just decided to top off the tires and it seems the pump won't begin inflating unless the tube has less than 30 pounds of pressure. Are these little fella's only for emergencies? ie: inflating from zero pounds to full vs. topping off the last 10 pounds of a 90 pound tube. If I go on a tour am I gonna need to get a pump that will top off a tire?
