This is my third season of cross. Racing as a complete noob is not a distant memory for me. Most of the comments are my own opinions based on things that I found worked best for me. Some other ideas are from a classic video called “A taste of cross.” I hope that you noobs find this plan to be helpful and a means to eliminate some stress on race day.

Great Job there guys,
Its little things like what y'all mention that i tend to forget when doing somethin new - so hopefully (if i can train myself into good enough shape) i'll be ready for my first race come October...
