I had this over in the track cycling thread for a while, but i couldn't get definite information. it probably belongs in this thread anyway.
any help would be appreciated on finding info about this frame.
i've had mentions of it being british and that it could be a brian rourke frame. i followed that lead up and someone from brian rourke confirmed that it wasn't.
all i know is that Sugoi is a sports clothing company, japanese name canadian company, so i would assume the rider was sponsored by them. i got this frame in australia so it could be australian made, maybe!
some features of the frame which could be of use identifying it would be
campagnolo dropouts
S 286 stamped on the bottom bracket lug. plus some other nubers that aren't readable
seat stays go around the seat tube lug ( as opposed to just stopping at the side )
curved seat stay bridge
