Doing my first road race this weekend, it's a weekly trainging crit, so I'm hoping it's pretty low key. My question is; do you think anyone will care if I race on my cross bike? I took my road bike apart to build my cross bike and since the weather has been so bad I have been riding the cross bike all winter. I figured I would be more comfortable on the bike I am most familiar with. I have a set of Cosmics on there, so except for the canti's it handles like a road bike. Thanks for the help.

It may depend somewhat on geometry in how the cross bike will corner compared to the road bike. I have a cross and road bike and would much prefer to be on my road bike for a crit. But I o not think many will even notice since you have cosmics on it. Good luck either way.
