Does anyone know where to buy that little display that the cable goes through, and theres that little red mark which tells you which gear your on? It just fits right near the shifter and are in the new 2003 XTR group. I would like these for my mt bike. And if anyone has them, are they hard to install ?

Your LBS may very well have them, as many people opt not to have them on their bike (at least at our shop). They are easy to install, just run the cable through them.

Most shops have these, they are also part of the Dura-Ace group.
