Both have rear suspension, and some no name rear (Saigun?), but the price for new bikes aren't too bad. My finances are pretty tight at the moment, and i doubt I could stretch much further (pain, i know), so its either one of these, one of the Strida1s going at the moment, or hope and pray that I can get one of the downtubes at the last minute.
