I dropped from about 230 to 219-218 in a month of half-hour-to-a-full-hour intense cardio workouts on the stationary at the gym, and a change in diet. I still eat more than most, however. Maybe I'll end up leaving the clydes if I keep on this track! I was about 190 in tip-top shape (8-10% body fat) five years ago. So we'll see!

Very cool - I checked the scales this morning - 200 exactly. Just to push it over, instead of a 10 minute ride this morning, I did 50 minutes... "Take the Long Way Home..."
