I don't have much to do.

- Easy 1 1/2 hour ride with ten, ten second sprints to prepare my legs for tomorrow's race.
- Go to Napa, pick up some oil, filter and wipers.
- Clean up my nitrous, give it a once over and get it ready for tomorrow's race.
- Pack up everything, clothes, spare wheel with slick, trainer, hydrations.
- Go over to parent's, put new wiper's on mom's 4-runner.
- Cook pre-race dinner. Chicken Parmessian.
- Watch a couple of movies, stay off feet as much as possible.
- Play with Alley, give her plenty of attention and as many belly rubs as possible.

Ooooh that reminds me i need to go recharge my A/C and see if that fixes everything.

Taking a break right now from cleaning the house. The problem with living in Tallahassee during football season is that football loving relatives want to come stay with us when there is a home game. They will be here by noon and I still have to mop the kitchen and bathroom floors, vacuum, and mow the grass.

Maybe they will leave early tomorrow so I can still salvage a ride this weekend.

Reminds me of my bro. He decied to stay and play WOW instead of going to a party to celebrate ex-sister-in-law's birthday.

Might go for a ride today if I feel like it. This is probably the last warm day of the season for me. Then we might be having a house Halo tournament tonight. (I know, I'm a geek :rolleyes: )

I feel your pain. The last wedding i went to was all the way in Ohio and the couple only lasted 2 weeks. It had to be 100* in that church!!


School started last monday and we had some unfortunate events thursday and friday so im ganna just chill out this weekend.:D

Going to go on a random ride through the city today. Not feeling like bike shorts and jersey today, more like a jeans and leisure sort of afternoon I think.

I've already gone for a ride. Tomorrow I'm gonna ride over to Portsmouth to watch the crit.

i'm going to attempt to reach the handlebars on my mountain bike without busting my shoulder. should be interesting.

I went riding very excited at this beautiful waether just to get a flat not even a mile in my route, no spare tubes so had to drive to the LBS, a new one.. very nice people there:) even offered to change my flat, since I swaer to god when people look at me and hear me talk they all sort of assume Im very imcompetant of ANYTHING! no thanks I can change my own flat.. and yes, when i talk to you I do expect that you will converse with me and not just think Im blowing air... can you do more then stare when I asked do you carry HED's in here?
and when you ask me what kind of shoes i have , you do not have to show me the box and point your fingers and say DOOOOO Theyyyyy loooook like these.. very slowly just in case I dont get it, yes I said Ssssssssssss Pppppppppppppppppp dddddddddddddddddddd's very slowly too since there 's seem to be a malfonction in YOUR brain. OMG you're so right.. I just get so friggen tired of fighting stereotypes, sorry I got it all out.

I did a fast (for me) 16.5 mph ave speed 25 mile ride this morning. Then went television shopping (didn't buy anything) and now I'm laying in bed with the laptop while my wife and kids are at a guinea pig convention. Yes you heard that correctly. A guinea pig convention.

I was listening to a story on the radio the other day about how popular guinea pigs are for food in South America, maybe the wife and kids will try a guinea-ka-bob while they are at the convention.

Just got my licence, then i went to work. Came home eat a very good dinner and here i am on the computer since about 4:50 pm.

Screw the ride - I went to the bar, downed two pitchers of beer and now will take a nap before the second game of Yankees vs Red Sox.

It's almost midnight here. And the thunder is roaring now. Weather report says partially cloudy tomorrow.We have club ride planned. one hundred K. Upon returning we had planned a Fall club picnic at the towns lake. It better happen .
I 've had one day of cycling in five days. Enough to make a cyclist crazy. The one ride, I had about a 6 hour clearing between the clouds. Rode in the rain for maybe an hour. I sure like the sun.
