My wife's Cannondale R600 has the non-One-Key Release style crank that requires a crank removal tool. I don't have a crank tool, but the Ultegra crankset I was putting on had the One-Key Release cap, so I pulled the existing bolt out, put the Ultegra bolt and the One-Key Release cap on, then backed out the Ultegra bolt. The Cannondale crank fell off in my hand. Repeated this process for the other side and it was new bottom bracket and crank time. :D
