scary. the rock scene has definitely come full circle since the late 80's/early 90's. this reminds me of so many hair metal bands from the late 80's/early 90's. there's also a lot of - wait for it - JEFFERSON STARSHIP vocal influence here. *cringe*

That was my mood yesterday when I went to the music store (I was hoping that new music would help me 'recover' from my sickness) so I picked up the first Primus album and Les Claypool's newest. I also grabbed a John Lennon 2 disc set, the latest Rammstein, and 4 different NIN discs (Halos 9, 16, 19, 21). Unfortunately, only one of those albums actually was released when I was in high school...

Speaking of Frampton, HDNET on DirecTV has been broadcasting a recent Frampton concert in Hi Def, picture is awesome, Dolby Digital Sound. Peter is definitely older, but he still is awesome on the guitar. They are also broadcasting a U2 concert from the Vertigo tour.
