Well, let me clarify...I start on the "treadclimber" (simulates running in sand, so no pounding) and then sprint on the treadmill for no more than 15 minutes. My goal is to be riding centuries and double centuries at age 80 (if I live that long), so I must protect the knees! ;)

thanks for both comments! :o And please refer to me as M.E. It's just easier. Mary Elizabeth is a good old fasioned southern Irish name. For as long as my dad's mom is alive, I will use it (she wants me to for tradition). I'm hoping she's around another 100 years! In the meantime, the initials are what I use! :D
