BINGO! I knew I recognized that sort of bike somewhere. If memory serves it was middle end and pretty good design. If it fits you and the price is right, buy it.

FWIW Miata = car; Miyata = bicycle. They still make them under the Koga-Miyata name. You can get a top of the line one these days for only 36,299 (Swedish krona that is). Looks kinda like this one http://www.rijwielpaleis.nl/race/2005-koga-fullpromonoque.jpg
