I had heard on these forums how great Bicycle John's in Burbank is but had forgotten that they have a Northridge location when I was shopping for a seatpost this week. I stopped in and the salesman listened to the specs I needed and made his recommendation, then even offered to cut it to length since he only had the mtb length in stock. The price was about $3 more than if I had ordered online and had it shipped. I especially love that they carry Bianchi, too! Just wanted to mention the great service they offer in this world of angry, hard bargaining bike shops.

On Reseda just south of Nordhoff but north of the railroad bridge, west side of the street. I was actually on my way to Cycle World which is 1 block south when I saw it and turned in.
