Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Not the ugliest thing ever (I think that belongs to this bike (http://www.cervelo.com/imgs/99-bar1.png)), but not a pretty bike nonetheless.

Looks like a bunch of carbon 1x4s banged together.

I always wondered how a Clydesdale would make out on a bike like that, with out the supporting tube under the seat?

Also, those dropouts are about three times the size of the ones on my Madone. In the end, does removing that one piece of the frame geometry really do much weight-wise and aero-wise, or is it's absence just made up for in other areas?

I wont go as far as to call it ugly. Lots of people riding them in the last two tri's I have done.

There is something I do not like about the bend where the seat stays merge into a single section under the seat. I prefer straight lines. I quess it would give a Clyde like me a cushy ride.
