I would have more concerns about track ends and disk brakes. That is poorly thought out by Bianchi.
IRO Rob Roy is a non-disc steel version

Ditto. My Karate Monkey has track ends and disc brakes. You have to loosen the caliper for the disc brakes to get the back wheel off. Not fun when your in a hurry...(but I still love my Avid Juicys on the Monkey and feel it is worth it for me. YMMV)

i can see crashes everywhere this year due to wheels locking up as riders are approaching a dismount, applying brakes to bleed speed, forgetting that they have discs, and locking their rear wheel meanwhile taking out every rider around him.
oh, excuse me. thats basically what happened to me the last time i was on disc brakes... though on gravelley asphault and not in a race.
