I'm going to be on vacation at Atlantic Beach next week. Are there any organized rides around Morehead City/Jacksonville area that anyone knows of?

hey I'm gonna be down at emerald isle next week and I'm from garner also...wtf? I'm planning on riding the swansboro centennial loop a couple of times during the week, also riding up the island to fort macon and back. I may cruise around morehead city and the beaufort area too. Let me know if you want to meet up.

Sure.. Im actually going to be around Salter's Path somewhere.. not sure exactly where the house is we're staying at this year.
I did get an email back from a guy about rides in Jacksonville at 8:00AM on Wed and Fri.. 30 miles, about an 18MPH pace.
I'll PM you my cell phone number.. maybe I'll have service down there.

18 mph down there is about 2 mph more than my lungs like. But I ride solo so maybe I can improve on that riding with others.
