I have been getting my trusty steeds ready and have just cleaned and regreased my Campy Hiddenset. I was putting it back together and could not find the recommended torque spec's

When tightening the plug for the carbon fork to take up the slack in the bearing, whats the torque spec on the plug? I thought it was like 7nm or something.

Also I have a 3T forgie stem with a single bolt clamp. Anyone hazard a guess what the spec on that should be?

I have also added a new LOOK Ergo Post to my LOOK
Carbon frame. They have a weird bolt the holds the post
anyone Know what the recommended torque on that should
be. I may just have to E-mail LOOK for that one

Thanks

crewman - if it's carbon I would not hazard a guess under condition. Maybe contact the manufacturer. Better safe than sorry, eh?
