A nice touring bike.
Thoughts are touring based on general geometry and water bottle bosses under the down tube.
A better image of the tubing decal would help someone to identify the quality of the tubing, but I think I pick out enough to tell me it is worth the time to look into.

I don't know about this model but it is most likely a 80s bike by the look of the decals and the aero brake levers. Lugged 80s touring bikes (cantilever brakes) have a solid market, though it depends on brand and frame material. Cool bike for sure, it would make a great commuter or day trip bicycle because with the canti brakes it will have plenty of room for fenders and fat tires.
