guys im buying some 100percent waterproof 52 L tioga rear bags and racks
does anyone have any experience of thes bags
I spen 2 months riding across the US with the cheaper Tioga panniers (i think I paid Au$ 130 for the set of 4). The plastic clips seemed really flimsy, but I didnt have any problems with them at all. I didnt get caught in any major rainfalls, so didnt get a chance to test out their waterproofness. I would use them again for such a trip

These things are very well made and while I'm certain that they aren't 100% waterproof I can only assume you're planning on using them in a kayak for that requirement.
^^^ That's all well and good, but the OP is in Australia.
