hi, i was trying to set up my profile, but don't know how to go about getting a pic into a url type of file. any help?

Sure, attach your image to a post in this thread. Then right click on the image, select properties, you can use that URL for your picture.

er...still don't get it. You mean insert an image? I still need an URL. Does that mean I have to insert the URL of my, uh, employer and the path to the picture on my computer? Can it be a JPEG file?

well, i figured it out finally. im not too tech savvy... anyway, why is it that some avatars are larger than others? for mine, i got it right down to 64 pixels. chris l's avatar is larger than most ive seen. how is that? im sure the explanation is simple and has to do with pc stuff that i dont understand, but id like to know anyway :p

Just tried donating, and theres a problem in English and German. Everything OK your end?

Ah forget it, it started working again..... can you enable huge avatars for me now - I'm feeling funky and creative... ;)
