[Warning: total newbie question, so keep the eyerolling to a minimum.]
I have a wonderful 2002 Bianchi Veloce with a 13-26 cluster (9 speed), but my wimpy little legs need a 13-28. The cassette is a Campagnolo Veloce. My question - is it possible to replace it with one of the lower (or higher, depending how lucky I get) grade Campy brand clusters on there? E.g., is the sprocket spacing in all the groupsets the same or am I stuck with a Veloce cassette?
Actually, looking back now - it appears that the lowest end cluster available for a 9 speed IS the Veloce, so I should have rephrased that as "upgrading." :) I'm not really interested in going to a 10 speed unless it's about the same pricewise. :)
Many thanks in advance. :D
[Edited to correct cluster size and to clarify a bit... d'oh!]
