pfft senior lol, just that little bit more padding and not as good designs.
The junior isn't soo bad as long as you don't sit for more than 10 seconds haha

They should be able to ID it there; it doesn't look like any Standard I've ever seen (assuming that it's actuabbly a Standard, and not something else with Standard stickers on it), that's for sure. It's definitely a race frame, and it's pre-1996 since it still has the 1" headtube.

Acctually it does have the 1 1/8'' head tube.

the head badge says Standard Industries and in the middle has SI. How long has it been since they used a badge like that. The decals are very old you can tell by looking. Is there anything else that would tip me off that it is a Standard?

Whats the deal with looptails? is there and advantage to them for strength, weight or anything?
And i'm really stuck on how big the headtube is.

It looks like a 1-1/8" now that I look at it, but there's something odd about it. Seeing as how it's probably a really early one, though, that's probably why.
As for the looptail... do you honestly think that Fly Bikes wouldn't have added it as one of the Pantera 2's gimmicks if it weighed less than a normal CS/SS/DO setup?

I just took the neck off of it and it is a 1" threadless headset.
