Bicycle Mechanics - Bleeding Hayes

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
The Hayes manual i downloaded (PDF) is hard to understand due to the way it's written (badly)and blurry pictures. Anyone know of any online tutorials on bleeding a Hayes brake system? Something that doesn't make you question what the he|| they're talking about at any given point.
Thanks
