back rim

i got this back rim of this guy and i was goin to put it on but it dosent fit. it is about half a cm to wide. what do i do. do i just bend my frame out a bit or what.

make sure there are no extra washers on the outside, a cm too wide isnt that much. Sometimes two people can put one on easy but I have to spread my frame apart to fit my back rim by myself.

[edit] get the rim almost in place, sit behind the rim and pull apart the back end while pushing in with your chest.

You also might be able to get smaller washers and or conspacers if its still giving your trouble...
