Foo - Posted here for a reason...

....because I feel better asking the Foosters.

I am looking for tires for my Caldera (click on "half squishy" in my sig) Could be street or dirt, decent brand and there is no price limit.

There is one very important thing about these tires. There must be an orange stripe on the sidewall. Not orange tread please. Just on the sidewall. And not the "Wheelskins". Those have bad traction. Someone said Maxxis has them but I was unble to find them on their website. Anyone see these around? :o

I have nothing constructive to say, just gotta point out that "foo rats" sounds a lot better than "foosters".

That reminds me...I gotta get new tires (Serfas Drifters) since one of em now has a hole the size of a soda straw. :o

I'd try to find some orange tape, maybe electrical tape. Or paint, or a combination of the two. I don't think I've ever seen tires with 'orange' sidewalls before.

Those are great tires, affordable, fast and tough.

Right now, I'm using some Specialized Nimbus EX Armadillos....tough as nails.
